It is the Registrant's responsibility to forward the confirmation email to his/her team members.

Tournaments are held in a knockout fashion.

All charges are per player and non refundable.

CTA reserves the right to cancel any match or game with or with out a notice.

In case of cancellation of tournament in a particular category full refund will be given to candidates that already paid.

Participants of the tournament are expected at all times to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner, respecting CTA, the umpire and organizers.

All decisions made by CTA committee will be considered final.

Tennis All levels (Men&Women/Boys&Girls) Member : $10 Non-Member : $15	Contact Babu at 303-641-5245 or Manu at 720-232-0232 Once the registration is closed CTA will make draws and publish the schedule of play on the CTA website. After the draws become available CTA will also send the schedule of play to the competitors and let them play either at their convenient location or the location decided by CTA. CTA will provide balls & drinks. A referee will be provided. CTA will follow up with the player/team for the results with scores before the next scheduled match/next level/next round. A match will be played to the best of 3 sets. A 10 point "Match tiebreaker" will be played in place of a full third set, unless both players/teams choose to play a third set. If we do not receive enough teams/players, the committee may cancel the tournament for that level (kids (boys&girls)/adults(men&women)). The draws will be available on Saturday, July 26th and we will update the participants accordingly.
